The rooms were clean and comfortable, with mosquito nets and hot showers. the beautiful garden and swimming pool added to the relaxing atmosphere. the staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location was perfect, with stunning views of the lake and easy access to nearby attractions. We also loved the delicious food served at the restaurant.
The high price of the rooms, which we felt was not justified by the basic amenities provided. there was an issue with our reservation, which caused a lot of stress and inconvenience upon arrival.

The room service was quick, and the location was within walking distance to all attractions, even the Wilson airport was not far away.

Had a fantastic Christmas stay with family, enjoying the stunning views of the lake and surrounding wildlife. The hotel offered comfortable accommodation with clean and spacious rooms. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore nearby attractions such as Hell's Gate National Park. We also loved the fact that we could take a boat ride on the lake and go bird watching, adding an extra element of adventure to our holiday.
The towel bar and mosquito net in our room were falling down, which took away from the overall experience. the dining area was average, and we found the prices at the restaurant to be quite high.
